Mission Zero Plastic is an initiative taken by Go Clean Go Green ,Rexaw Waste Management (Recycle Hub), Suchetna and Amar Ujala Foundation to channelize all types of harmful Plastic Waste through sustainable and sophisticated systems. These systems include Collection, Segregation, Processing & Environment
friendly disposal.
The goal is to promote the livelihoods of informal waste pickers who are the major contributors towards this mission
The cleanliness drive was aspired by the team ‘Go Clean Go Green:’ - Let us Make it Happen and Rexaw to embark the idea of a clean and organized surrounding. With adequate awareness and correct methods, waste was collected from public places & common grounds such as :footpaths , lawns and arenas.
This subtle approach was followed by segregation at source , timely planning, execution and allocation of resources.

Rexaw’s vision is elevated towards nurturing a circular economy and the waste pickers act as a key player in fulfilling the goals for sustainability. Over the years working with a diverse group of waste - pickers we have additionally worked in empowering this informal sector by standardizing a fixed wage, nutrition, healthcare and organizing various such campaigns.
